About the Role:

We are hiring for a Senior Product Manager with a focus on strategic and customer-focusedbusiness development & customer relationship this role you will bridge the gap between market needs and product strategy for our Pharma Solutions Team.

You will be responsible foridentifyinggrowth opportunities translating customer insights into product improvements and fostering long-term partnerships with key accounts. This role will include focusing on value creation market development and strategic relationship management aligned with our product roadmap.

Role Responsibilities:

Market & Business Development (Product-Led)

  • Identifynew market opportunities and customer segments aligned with the product strategy

  • Analyse market trends customer needs and competitive landscape

  • Develop business cases and growth initiatives in close collaboration with Product Management

  • Support go-to-market strategies and product launches

  • Contribute to pricing positioning and value proposition development

  • Identifystrategic partnerships that enhance product adoption and ecosystem growth

Customer Relationship & Strategic Account Management

  • Build andmaintainstrong long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders

  • Act as the interface between customers and the product team

  • Deeply understand customer use cases and translate them into product requirements also powered by AI

  • Conduct regular business and performance reviews with strategic accounts

  • Identifyexpansion opportunities (new use casesadditionalsolutions upselling aligned with product value)

  • Monitor customer satisfaction adoption and retention metrics

Skills Experience and Qualifications:

  • Market-oriented thinking

  • Knowledge of AI impact in Pharma workflows

  • Bachelors or Mastersdegree in life sciences engineering or a related field

  • Significant demonstrable skills in business development product or strategic account management

  • Product Management skills and an understanding of product-driven organizations

  • Strong analytical and market research skills

  • Ability to translate customer needs into structured business and product insights in a fast-moving AI world

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Knowledge of the latest AI developments

  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities

  • Fluent in English (additionallanguages are an advantage)

  • Willingness to travel as required for the role (approximately 15% annually)

  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders across the globe

US Annualized Base Salary Range: $110000 - $130000. This role is eligible for an annual performance-related bonus plan.
