Were hiring a Senior Procurement Manager as part of our team based from our London office.
Purpose of the Role
The role will involve overseeing and the delivery of the Enterprise Technology category which includes software cloud managed service providers SaaS security and infrastructure. This role is also responsible for the management of a small team that support these category areas.
The role will require utilising both strategic sourcing methodology and supplier/stakeholder management principles to deliver savings and service improvements in line with business strategy along with strong line management capability to support the team in delivery and meeting key milestones.
The role will also be responsible for day-to-day procurement of technology tools professional services and support and maintenance where required.
Key Responsibilities
Leads and oversees for specialist areasofEnterpriseTechnology allstrategic andbusiness as usual activity such as supplier selection supplier set-up contract terms negotiationstrategiesand business improvement plans.
Responsible forcreatingdevelopingand executingtheEnterpriseTechnologycategory plan.
Contributingtowards category benefits targetsworkingproactively with the business and the team ensuringall members of the team seek opportunities to contribute to the overall functional target.
Lead and manage ateam of4individualsproviding support for overall development well-being and creating apositive working culture.
Balancing multiple initiatives concurrently and addressing in order of business criticality while still driving progress andmaintainingcommunication with stakeholders on all engagements.
Develop contractual solutions which help to deliverGlobal contracts/frameworks.
Commercial negotiation of agreements across the globe whilst balancing globalregionaland cross brand challenges & needs.
Key Skills
Substantial evidenced Procurement experience managing technology spend categories
Strong understanding of different software cloud and AI commercial models and demonstrable experience of negotiating these inclusive of mitigating risks and driving commercially sound outcomes into contracts
Strong experience negotiating global or multi-country contracts
End to end knowledgewithdemonstrateddelivery againstthe strategic sourcing process
Works well with others excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sound knowledge of contractual law
What we offer
This is a permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office twice a week.
