Senior Practice Accountant

As an Accounts Senior you will manage a varied portfolio of clients providing high-quality accounting and advisory services while building strong long-term client relationships. You will play an important role within the team supporting junior staff and helping to ensure the highest standards of client service are maintained.

• Managing a diverse portfolio of clients ensuring all work is completed accurately and within deadlines.
  
• Preparing accounts for sole traders partnerships and limited companies.
  
• Preparing and submitting year-end accounts and VAT returns.
  
• Producing accounts to review stage.
  
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients developing and maintaining strong working relationships.
  
• Managing client expectations and leading year-end meetings to finalise accounts.
  
• Supporting mentoring and developing junior team members.
  
• Contributing to process improvements and helping to drive efficiencies across the team.
  
• Maintaining high-quality client files and ensuring compliance with professional standards.
