Senior Performance and Evaluation Officer

This is a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Are you passionate about using data insight and evaluation to drive meaningful change Were looking for an experienced Senior Performance & Evaluation Officer to help shape how we measure success evaluate impact and improve outcomes across the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Policy Insight & Performance team supporting the delivery of high-quality evaluation planning to inform a refreshed Local Evaluation Framework.

What youll be doing

• Lead and support programme and project evaluations across the organisation.
• Commission and quality assure external research and evaluation projects.
• Analyse and interpret complex data to influence policy strategy and decision making.

Were looking for someone who has:

• Experience deliveringand/or planning high-qualityevaluations.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills.
• Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder engagement
