As a Senior Pensions Specialist you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery and oversight of our retirement savings and life assurance arrangements across the UK.

What youll be doing

In this role you will:

• Analyse technical and legislative changes assessing their impact and proposing necessary adaptations to ensure compliance.

• Act as Secretary to the UK Pensions Governance Committee organising meetings and preparing agendas.

• Support the UK Pensions Manager with the pensions communications strategy ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.

• Collaborate with HR and Payroll Teams to manage life assurance schemes effectively.

• Ensure the delivery and oversight of the Boots Retirement Savings Plan.
  

What youll need to have (our must-haves)

• A minimum of 5 years experience in pensions.

• Excellent planning and organisation skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Competence with IT systems.

• Project management experience.

• A customer-centric focus and stakeholder management experience.

• A proactive flexible and forward-thinking approach.
  

It would be great if you also have

• Experience working within a pensions team either in-house or in consultancy.

• A passion for driving progress and embracing change.
