Senior Market Analyst, Industry Insights & Intelligence

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends external developments emerging technologies regulatory changes and evolving market structures across financial services.
• Develop strategic insights and recommendations that help Swift anticipate industry developments identify growth opportunities and assess potential risks.
• Translate complex industry developments into clear implications and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders across the organization.
• Lead or support strategic deep dives on key industry topics including payments securities trade finance digital assets AI central banking and financial market infrastructure.
• Support the development of Board ExCo and senior leadership materials including strategic briefings industry outlooks thought leadership papers and executive presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required;

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in consulting research fintech or financial services is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of global financial services trends competitive dynamics and emerging technologies is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the Payments Industry is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into concise executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance research analysis and productivity is desirable
• Excellent communication skills (oral written presentation) critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
