Job Summary

Your focus will be to guide our teams to help young people and adults with the challenges they face with compassion and a trauma-informed approach so that they are prepared for their future and can move on with a greater level of independence. You will have the responsibility of ensuring that CCP are delivering high-quality services and homes that people can call theirs.
As part of your role you will have overall responsibility for the delivery of services across geographical areas ensuring that contracts grants service level agreements and partnerships are compliant with legislative requirements and be accountable for financial performance.
You will assist the Registered Service Manager with the oversight of the services across the area.
As an ambassador of CCP you will help the charity to build on our local offers. We are a provider of choice and you will help us to strengthen our position within communities.

^Annual Leave entitlement will be pro-rata for Part-time staff. Working on public holidays due to a rota pattern will be compensated with time off in lieu. An extra day of leave accrues for each completed financial year (capped at 5). Purchasing additional holidays is capped at 5 per year.
^^Contracted staff only. Business mileage (55p a mile) is paid for any daily miles over and above the distance from your home to the allocated workplace location and back. Youll need awell-maintained vehicle with valid tax MOT andInsurance covering business use.
