As our Senior ADR Manager you will act as a coach to help train and lead members of the ADR team and Team Leaders taking responsibility for the sum of their individual quotas. Youll shape the evolution of our ADR function by leading strategic initiatives enhancing team performance driving outbound lead generation and inbound conversions and acting as a critical partner to sales leadership.

Youre a highly motivated self-starter sales leader with the ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment. Youre passionate about tapping into new markets and stirring up interest with new prospective clients. Youre a team player who loves mentoring and leading by example: passion for developing people building scalable processes and leading through influence - youve had formal experience supporting other ADRs and Team Leads and youre excited about management.

This is a hybrid role based out of our London office.

• Lead coach and mentor Senior ADRs Team Leads and Managers on go to market strategies across regions
• Serve as the primary leader and point of alignment for the ADR leadership team driving cohesion across regional and functional leads
• Own strategic initiatives with global impact across the Account Development Representative team
• Partner with management to create reporting and performance visibility to be shared collaboratively with Sales Leadership
• Identify key growth opportunities to partner with Sr Leadership to continue to build on the incremental success of the Global ADR team
• Assist with onboarding and enablement for new ADR Leaders
• Partner with Global Head of Business Development to work towards second line leadership and engage in career development opportunities

• 2-4 years of experience in a sales leadership capacity with direct oversight of ADR Managers or Team Leads and a proven track record of achieving or exceeding goals
• Experience growing and scaling a successful Account Development team
• Desire to lead and mentor leaders and the ability to use interpersonal and active listening skills in order to build relationships
• Experience driving strategic projects that impact teams in a global capacity
• Experience successfully working cross-functionally across multiple departments within a company (i.e. Marketing Operations etc)
• Excellent communication coaching and organizational skills
• Positive enthusiastic team player with a drive for continuous improvement
