What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lister:

• Prospect for new business opportunities and generate new landlord instructions
• Carry out rental valuations and secure new lettings listings
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords tenants and applicants
• Progress agreed lets through to completion while liaising with all parties involved
• Contribute to branch performance by achieving personal and team targets

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum of two years experience within residential lettings
• Proven experience carrying out lettings valuations and winning new instructions
• Strong sales negotiation and business development skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Professional ambitious and self-motivated approach
• Well organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Good knowledge of the local property market would be advantageous
