What we are looking for:

The International Commercialisation Learning team is currently looking for a talented individual who possesses the skills needed to ensure both the immediate and long-term success of commercialisation learning across UKI and the Nordics. The Learning Manager UKI & Nordics will act as a conduit between various stakeholders regarding sales learning solutions services and technology to see the big picture and leverage diverse perspectives to maximize performance.

Who you will work with:

This position reports to the Commercialisation Learning Lead for UKI/Nordics Southern European Cluster & this role the Learning Manager UKI & Nordics will work with Sales Management Marketing Strategy & Operations HR Medical WWCL COE Learning Managers and multiple matrix teams to ensure that all key learning initiatives add value that support the local business objectives.

Primary responsibilities:

• To develop strategic learning plans across all Business units for UKI and the Nordics.
• Deliver and/or support all training initiatives for commercial sales teams; to include disease state clinical competitor & product knowledge product launches selling skills coaching & functional skills and capability building.
• Partner with stakeholders at all levels to ensure business priorities are achieved and align learning solutions where appropriate.
• Establish a robust model for how learning supports the functional skills and capability development for the field roles (including first line managers) across our commercialisation model (initial and advanced training curricula).
• Identify recommend and execute learning programs that leverage resources from the WW Commercialisation Learning Centre of Excellence (COE) to evolve training strategies to deliver integrated training curriculums with minimal adaptation.
• Share learnings with colleagues and with the COE to drive efficiencies and innovation.
• Act as a strategic business partner to advise and provide input on the strategic direction of the Commercial Training strategy to organise and deliver innovative and flexible training solutions (curriculum & pathways) that drive an evolving and agile business centric organisation.
• Develop & design innovative learning solutions to include disease state clinical product knowledge selling skills & capability upskilling that demonstrate value and leverage technology platforms and processes to meet the needs of the business and the learner.
• Develop update and execute the learning strategy for First- and Second-Line Sales leaders for the region.
• Assess and analyse the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives utilizing the Kirkpatrick Model.

• Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree or equivalent required; Advanced degree strongly preferred: MBA PharmD or other graduate experience.
• 3 years pharmaceutical experience including professional work experience in field learning development and execution.
• Experience in developing and executing learning strategies.
• Intermediate knowledge of adult learning principles and learning design
• Strong Communication organisational and interpersonal skills and proven project management experience
• Influential individual contributor with credibility and track record of establishing strong collaboration across matrix organisations including senior leadership to prioritize business objectives and drive actions to meet business requirements.
• Effective facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize manage and execute on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Diligent attention to detail accuracy timeliness and follow-up
• Influence negotiation and leadership skills required.
• Curiosity & innovative thinking to generate new ideas and approaches to respond to the evolving environment.
• Strong Influencing negotiation coaching and leadership skills.
• Experience in maturing existing and delivering new capabilities.
• Experience in partnering and collaborating with external vendors/agencies.
• Ability to travel less than 10% of time.
• This position will be based in Uxbridge UK and requires the candidate to be on site 50% of their working time on a rolling two-week basis
