A leading Glasgow interior architecture studio is looking for a Senior Interior Designer with strong hospitality experience to take the lead on highprofile hotel refurbishments across the UK and Europe. These are projects for major brands like Hilton Marriott IHG and Accor with real visibility real complexity and real creative opportunity.

If youre a designer who can balance concept thinking with practical delivery and you enjoy the challenge of transforming existing hotel stock into modern commercially successful spaces this role gives you the platform to shine.

Hotel refurbishments arent just refreshes. Theyre strategic repositioning projects where design quality directly impacts guest experience brand alignment and revenue. Youll be shaping spaces that thousands of people use every week and youll see your work come to life fast.

• Leading interior design across hotel refurbishments upgrades and brandstandard implementations

• Developing concept narratives material palettes FF&E schemes and guestjourney thinking

• Producing detailed design packages and coordinating with architects contractors and brand teams

• Managing projects from early concept through to delivery on site

• Ensuring designs meet brand guidelines while still pushing creativity and differentiation

• Presenting to clients stakeholders and global hotel groups

• Mentoring junior designers and contributing to studio culture

• 58 years experience in interior design ideally with hospitality or hotel projects

• Strong portfolio showing concept development detailing and built work

• Confident project manager able to run refurb projects with pace clarity and control

• Experience working with major hotel brands (Hilton Marriott IHG Accor etc.) is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead client conversations

• Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite; Revit experience beneficial

• Someone who thrives in a collaborative designdriven studio
