Job Summary
| 1. Responsible for the leadership and management of the Engineer Management (Eng Man) branch of the Professional Engineering Wing (PEW). 2. Develop Infrastructure Health and Safety Contracts and Quantity Surveying training. 3. Lead and coordinate the delivery of project and task management training to Royal Engineer Troop Commander Courses & SUC Special to Arms course. 4. Provide instruction delivery and assessment up to post-graduate level on all PEW courses as required. 5. Ensure compliance with LWC training policy for all staff. 6. Maintenance of relevant accreditations of staff qualifications to facilitate the award of civilian qualifications. 7. Facilitate Engineer Management training within the Joint/Army/RE environments. 8. Develop Military Engineering and other Corps doctrine within Eng Man specialism. 9. Other Wing staffing as directed by the CI. |
