Senior HR Business Partner

We have an exciting role on offer within our Human Resources Service as a Senior HR Business Partner.

Are you an experienced HR professional looking to influence strategic decision-making lead organisational change and deliver high-quality people solutions

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Senior HR Business Partner to play a leading role in delivering a proactive business-focused HR service across the organisation. Working closely with senior leaders you will provide expert advice on complex HR matters support organisational transformation develop management capability and help drive excellent employee relations and workforce outcomes. You will have substantial HR experience within a complex organisation excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice and strong communication negotiation and influencing skills.

Experience of working with senior leaders and within a trade unionised environment is essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact shape people strategies and contribute to the delivery of excellent services for Middlesbrough.
