What Youll Do

Our Global Supply Chain team is the operational backbone driving CoreWeaves rapid international expansion managing complex global logistics procurement and inventory to power our high-performance cloud infrastructure. This cross-functional team collaborates across operations finance and engineering to ensure seamless equipment delivery trade compliance and operational resilience worldwide.

About the role

As the Senior Global Supply Chain Manager EMEA you will design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies that optimise cost service risk and sustainability across our expanding international this varied hands-on role you will oversee logistics coordination inventory management trade compliance and supplier performance while navigating complex country-specific customs VAT regimes and incoterms. You will partner closely with Data Centre Operations Engineering Finance and Capacity teams to align delivery schedules with site readiness safeguard against tax exposure and drive cross-functional initiatives in logistics optimisation and digital transformation.

Who You Are
  • 10 years of progressive experience in global supply chain management including demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Strong expertise in procurement global logistics demand planning and supply chain analytics within multi-regional operations.
  • Solid working knowledge of international trade compliance customs clearance procedures incoterms and regional VAT/duty structures.
  • Proven proficiency in enterprise ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite) and modern supply chain planning software.
  • Demonstrated experience developing supply chain risk mitigation frameworks safety stock policies and business continuity plans.

Preferred:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS APICS ISM or Six Sigma.
  • Experience managing multi-regional suppliers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers within tech infrastructure or data centre environments.
