Salary: 38057.68

Location:Head office (Fivefields 8-10 Grosvenor Gardens London) with occasional travel to our reserves typically two days per week the remaining 3 days from home.

Hours:9:00am 5:00pm with flexibility available from day one.

Role & Responsibilities

Join us in bringing Londons wildlife back

At London Wildlife Trust were working to restore wild places and reconnect people with nature. We need more people to join us support our work and take action for nature recovery across the capital. This role sits at the heart of that ambition with a particular focus on growing our membership. Youll lead the day-to-day delivery of our acquisition programme working with external agencies and colleagues across the Trust to deliver effective campaigns and hit ambitious targets.

Youll be someone who enjoys looking at the numbers as much as the creative. Youll use data audience insight and campaign performance to understand whats working spot opportunities and continually improve our approach. Youll also have the chance to test new channels develop propositions and explore new ways to recruit members.

Alongside acquisition youll contribute to wider membership and individual giving activity including supporter engagement fundraising appeals and legacy marketing.

If youre an experienced fundraiser or marketer who enjoys combining creative thinking with analysis and practical delivery this is an opportunity to make a real difference to how we grow support for nature recovery in London.

What youll be doing

• Lead the day-to-day delivery and development of LWTs membership acquisition programme.
• Develop our face-to-face recruitment programme working with external agencies to monitor performance identify opportunities improve quality and maximise return on investment.
• Develop digital acquisition activity working with the Digital Marketing Lead to plan campaigns test audiences and creative monitor performance and identify opportunities to scale.
• Explore and test new acquisition channels and approaches.
• Support the planning and delivery of cash fundraising opportunities throughout the year and legacy marketing activity.
• Work with colleagues across the team to ensure new supporters have a strong experience from the point of acquisition to welcome retention and development journeys.

What were looking for

• Proven experience delivering successful fundraising marketing or acquisition campaigns ideally within a charity membership or similar organisation.
• Confidence using data audience insight and campaign performance to evaluate activity make recommendations and improve results.
• Experience working with external agencies or suppliers and building effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities and deliver to deadlines.
• A genuine interest in connecting people with nature and growing support for London Wildlife Trusts work.
