Senior FP&A Analyst, Operations (Maternity Cover)

This is a fixed-term maternity cover position expected to last up to 24 months with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

The role:

As a Senior FP&A Analyst Operations you will help drive our goals by:

• Providing prompt clear and comprehensive financial performance reporting and insights for non-production plants across Europe.

• Owning monthly forecasting activities including product revenue and operating cost forecasts to support effective business planning and decision-making.

• Preparing financial analysis including variance trend and profitability analysis to identify key performance drivers risks and opportunities.

• Partnering with regional finance commercial and supply chain teams to review performance challenge assumptions and drive informed actions.

• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes ensuring an accurate financial outlook that enables short and medium-term planning.

• Reviewing inventory product pricing and operational cost drivers to provide actionable insights and ensure they are accurately reflected in forecasts.

• Building strong relationships with regional stakeholders and delivering ad hoc financial analysis to support both tactical

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Significant experience in financial planning and analysis with strong forecasting budgeting and financial reporting capabilities.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into clear actionable insights.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the confidence to influence and challenge both finance and non-finance colleagues.

• Experience building collaborative relationships across functions and geographies particularly within operational commercial and finance environments.

• A proactive and results-oriented approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure.

• A university degree and an internationally recognised accounting qualification or active progress towards obtaining one.
