Location: Banbury (Hybrid)
Salary: 36000 - 44000 Benefits
Im recruiting on behalf of a well-established environmental consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Ecologist to join its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across residential infrastructure commercial and renewable energy sectors with a clear pathway to Principal Ecologist.
The Role
- Lead UK Habitat Classification Phase 1 and protected species surveys.
- Produce high-quality ecological reports including PEAs EcIAs and BNG assessments.
- Manage ecology projects and build strong client relationships.
- Mentor junior ecologists and contribute to tender submissions.
About You
- 3 years ecological consultancy experience.
- Degree in Ecology or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and protected species surveys.
- Experience producing technical reports and managing projects.
- CIEEM membership (or working towards).
- Full UK driving licence.
