What Youll Do At Elekta:

As a senior leader within our Product Development organisation you will play a key role in delivering complex software and hardware solutions that support life-changing cancer care. Working closely with Product Management Engineering and Architecture teams you will lead large-scale Agile delivery across multiple teams and programmes ensuring products are delivered efficiently compliantly and in line with strategic business objectives. You will help drive continuous improvement remove delivery barriers and foster collaboration across a highly technical and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and delivery of complex product releases and programmes across multiple Agile teams.
• Partner with Product Management Engineering and Architecture teams to align roadmaps priorities and delivery objectives.
• Drive Program Increment (PI) Planning and facilitate key Agile ceremonies including Scrum of Scrums System Demos and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Manage risks issues dependencies and resource demands to ensure successful product delivery.
• Coach and support teams in Agile ways of working fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Provide clear reporting on delivery progress opportunities risks and challenges to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Elektas product lifecycle processes quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor delivery performance budgets and key metrics to drive successful outcomes across the portfolio.

What Youll Bring:

• Significant experience leading complex software hardware or product development programmes within an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as SAFe Scrum or similar methodologies with experience facilitating large-scale planning events.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders dependencies risks and priorities within a complex technical environment.
• Experience delivering products within regulated industries such as medical devices healthcare technology or other highly regulated sectors.
• Excellent leadership communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Relevant Agile Project Management or SAFe certifications and a degree in a related discipline are advantageous.
