Summary:
The Senior Data & Reporting Analyst is a key member of the Insight Team responsible for delivering high-quality business intelligence reporting analytics forecasting predictive modelling and data-driven insights that support Adult Social Care services and transformation role will play a critical part in supporting Adult Social Care transformation initiatives including demand forecasting front-door transformation programmes CQC inspection readiness and continuous service improvement.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver high-quality business intelligence analytics and reporting solutions to support Adult Social Care services.
Ensure reporting outputs are accurate timely and aligned with organisational requirements.
Provide analytical support for Adult Social Care transformation improvement and reform programmes.
Implement monitoring processes and support compliance with the Councils Data Quality Strategy.
Translate complex technical information into clear and accessible insights for non-technical audiences.
Contribute to the development of business intelligence standards procedures and best practices.
Qualifications:
Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience in Data Analytics Business Intelligence Information Management Statistics Computer Science Mathematics or a related discipline.
Essentials:
Significant experience in data analysis business intelligence reporting or performance management roles.
Experience supporting organisational transformation service improvement or change programmes.
Knowledge of data governance data quality management and information management practices.
Understanding of forecasting predictive analytics and statistical analysis techniques.
Awareness of data protection information governance and regulatory requirements.
