Wereseeking a Senior Construction Delivery Manager to join our team in the Midlands.

In this roleyoullbe responsible fordelivering multiple complex projects within our current development programmes including managing the defect period. This is a key position within the Development Construction Delivery Team whereyoulloversee HRB projects from conception through to completion managing their complexities and ensuring successful implementation.

Youlllead medium- to large-sized project teams define the project vision communicate clear outcomes and drive the team to achieve plan and manage project delivery using theappropriate projectmanagement methodologies providing assurance that projectobjectivesare met.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader and excellent communicator with experience in multi-storey demonstrableexpertisein delivering HRB projects complex apartment schemes and joint venture developments.

If you have a strongtrack recordwithin a housing construction development organisation along with a thorough understanding of the development and construction processfrominceptionand feasibility through to completion handover and operationwedlove to hear from you!

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our Birmingham Office. Candidates will be expected to travel to across the region as required to attend development sites. With occasional travel to other Clarion offices as and whenrequired. Applicants must hold a full valid UK driving licence.
