Communications Marketing and Responsible Banking Division The Communications Marketing & Responsible Banking (CMRB) function leads the business in its internal and external communications with stakeholders and customers - along with our multi-channel marketing campaigns.
The function has responsibility for the development and use of Santander UKs brand and its sponsorship and events programme.
It leads the UKs work on sustainability and responsible banking.
CMRB isalsoresponsible for Santander UKs strategic and operational messages that help deliver on the long-term management plan for the business.
THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE
COMPANY/BUSINESS is looking for a Senior Communications Project Manager based out of Milton Keynes (Unity Place) or London (Triton Square). 12 Month FTC
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised individual to lead and oversee communications activity supporting the product harmonisation (including management of NoVs) and customer migration programme.
This role will be responsible for planning and coordinating communication requirements across both programmes ensuring communications briefs are accurately understood translated and managed throughout the change journey.
Working across Santander UK and TSB the successful candidate will collaborate with a broad range of internal stakeholders (including Legal Product Tech Risk and Data) subject matter experts and communications teams to manage complex dependencies and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Manage the end-to-end communications planning and delivery for product harmonisation and migration activities.
Develop and maintain detailed communications plans timelines and delivery schedules.
Coordinate communication requirements across multiple workstreams and business teams.
Manage stakeholder engagement across Santander UK and TSB building great and effective working relationships.
Ongoing identification and management of risks and dependencies escalating emerging risks and any issues that materialise with proposed mitigations and actions for resolution.
Proactive engagement with Risk Line 2 and Internal Audit Line 3 across the CMRB programme and key activities
Challenge constructively where requirements decisions or approaches are unclear or may create customer or operational impacts.
Work closely with the wider CMRB team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with broader communications activity.
Collaborate with the central Programme IMO function and governance bodies for project updates reporting and communications planning.

Professional experience
Proven experience managing complex communication or change programmes involving multiple stakeholders. (required)
Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously. (required)
Experience supporting product changes customer communications or business transformation initiatives. (required)
Education
Prince 2 practitioner or external PMO certification. (preferred)
Languages
English

Salary Range:
75600.00 - 113400.00 per annum (depending on experience)
This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills experience qualifications and location.
