Wellcome is a global philanthropy. Our aim is to build healthier futures for everyone by funding science leadingpolicyand advocacy campaigns and building partnerships.

Where will I be working

Youll join Wellcomes Communications team working closely with colleagues across News and Content Events and Studio teams. Reporting to the Media and Planning Lead youll play a key role in coordinating communications activity across the organisation helping teams work together effectively to maximise the impact of Wellcomes work and reputation.

What will I be doing

Youll coordinate communications planning and delivery across Wellcome managing calendars workflows and approvals to ensure activity is well-timed and strategically aligned. Youll support media relations and digital content projects maintain content libraries track performance metrics coordinate stakeholders across teams and help deliver high-quality communications that engage external audiences and support Wellcomes mission.

• Strong organisational skills with experience coordinating multiple tasksand juggling competing priorities.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

• Strong communicator with excellentwritten and verbal skills able to influence and advise colleagues atdifferent levelsof an organisation.
