What we are looking for:
We are looking for nurturing and supportive people who can provide outstanding childcare and support our young people to achieve amazing outcomes.
Our beautiful home in Barnsley offers a homely setting for up to two young people who need a therapeutic placement. Our teams support their young people with all of their domestic needs education socialisation skills while learning new things and experiencing fun activities like football boxing and excursions together.
We can offer educational places in our schools where our young people can engage in a more personalised education plan to help them thrive and reach their full potential.

- A minimum 12 months experience in a childrens residential care home
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations expectations and best practice
- A Full driving licence issued in the UK
- Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
- Values in line with Eslands such as taking a therapeutic person-centred approach to childcare
- Due to industry regulations applicants must be aged 21 or above
