Working closely alongside an experienced Executive Chef you will become a key member of a small skilled brigade.
You will:
- Run your section confidently during prep and service
- Work with quality seasonal ingredients
- Maintain consistently high standards of preparation and presentation
- Support junior members of the team
- Contribute to menu development and daily operations
- Help maintain an organised and professional kitchen environment
For the right individual there is a clear pathway towards a future Sous Chef position.
- Current Senior Chef de Partie or strong Chef de Partie
- Background within quality fresh-food restaurants
- Strong cooking fundamentals and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-focused approach
- Looking for a long-term home rather than another short-term stepping stone
- Passionate about food and hospitality
