Starrycare currently has exciting opportunities for experienced and compassionate Senior Care Workers to join our friendly team on a full-time or part-time basis. Candidates must have strong leadership skills a positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to clients.
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide personal care and support to clients including washing dressing feeding and toileting.
- Support and supervise Care Assistants where required.
- Administer or assist with medication in line with care plans.
- Monitor and record clients physical and emotional well-being and report any concerns.
- Assist with moving handling and repositioning clients safely.
- Encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities.
- Maintain accurate care records and follow safeguarding procedures.
