We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Senior Care Professional to join our growing domiciliary care team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding care while supporting mentoring and developing other carers within the service.
This is a varied role that combines delivering high-quality care to clients with supporting the wider care team through spot checks competency assessments supervisions shadowing and quality monitoring.
As the service continues to grow the proportion of direct care calls will gradually reduce allowing you to spend more time supporting the development of the team and maintaining exceptional care standards.
What Youll Be Doing
Working Pattern
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week across a two-week rolling rota.
Youll work:
Shift pattern alternates weekly:
During your early-shift week youll also provide overnight emergency on-call cover from 10:30pm to 6:30am on the nights immediately before your scheduled shifts. No overnight on-call is required during your late-shift week.
While on duty youll be expected to remain within the local operating area to respond promptly if required.
