Senior Business Analyst Project Manager – Asset Performance Management System (Contract Position)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities for the system implementation project
• Partner with internal business stakeholders and external vendor teams to track progress resolve issues and drive deliverables
• Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including planning execution tracking issue follow-up and stakeholder communication
• Organize and lead working sessions project meetings follow-up calls and status update meetings
• Coordinate end-user training sessions and support change management activities
• Provide regular project status reporting including risks dependencies timelines and action items
• Develop strong subject matter expertise (SME) in the product and business processes to support implementation activities effectively
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of approximately 15 stakeholders across business and technical functions

Qualifications

• Proven experience of around 35 years as a Senior Business Analyst Project Manager or hybrid BA/PM role within system implementation projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience working with global teams
• Experience coordinating UAT activities and vendor management
• Strong facilitation documentation and follow-up skills
• Experience with enterprise software or operational system implementations preferred
