Location: London (Hybrid 2 days/week in office)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 911 years of experience in Commercial Pharma and Data & Analytics. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders data engineering and AI/BI teams to gather requirements drive analytics initiatives and deliver AI-powered business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements across Commercial Pharma functions.
• Translate business needs into Epics User Stories and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams to deliver analytics solutions.
• Support AI-driven initiatives reporting and dashboard development.
• Facilitate workshops UAT stakeholder communication and change management.
• Ensure data governance and compliance with pharma regulations.

Required Skills

• Strong Commercial Pharma domain expertise including European drug launches.
• Experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Power BI Snowflake SQL and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
