Financial Crime (FC) is a critical function within Santander UK responsible for shaping and delivering the Banks Financial Crime strategy strengthening risk management frameworks operating and enhancing the Banks FC control environment and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory expectations.

Financial Crime CoE D-FACT is looking for a Senior Business Analysis & Change Manager based out of Milton Keynes - Unity Place. 12 Month - FTC.
The Senior Business Analysis & Change Manager is a strategic delivery role supporting the Head of Financial Crime Integration in the successful delivery of Project Sparrow. The role supports the Financial Crime Integration Programme Director leading business analysis business readiness and change activities across the Financial Crime Integration workstream.
You will translate programme strategy into business outcomes coordinating delivery across Financial Crime capabilities Technology Operations Business Units Line 2 and the Integration Management Office. You will ensure business requirements impacts dependencies and readiness activities are integrated and managed through to implementation.
This role provides leadership across business analysis business architecture and change management ensuring Financial Crime integration is delivered in a controlled compliant and efficient manner while protecting the control environment and customer outcomes.
To succeed in this role you will be responsible for:
Leading business analysis and change activities across the FC Integration workstream and deputising for the Programme Director where required.
Driving business impact assessments covering process people technology data and controls.
Facilitating business requirements prioritisation and traceability across FC capabilities.
Leading business readiness including TOM process change testing training and implementation planning.
Coordinating delivery across FC Technology Operations Business Units Line 2 and IMO.
Challenging solution design to ensure alignment with FC policy regulatory expectations and target operating model.
Supporting governance executive reporting and decision-making through analysis and recommendations.

Professional Experience
Significant experience leading business integration business analysis or change delivery within large-scale transformation programmes in Financial Services.
Proven experience delivering complex regulatory or Financial Crime change initiatives across multiple business functions and technology teams.
Experience translating strategic objectives into business requirements operating model changes and implementation plans.
Demonstrable experience coordinating cross-functional delivery across Business Technology Operations and Risk functions.
Experience supporting executive governance programme reporting and senior stakeholder engagement within complex programmes.
Education
Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Finance Technology or a related discipline.
Professional Business Analysis qualification Desirable.
Programme or Project Management qualification Desirable.
Financial Crime qualification (ACAMS/ICA) Desirable.
Hard Skills
Business architecture and Target Operating Model (TOM) design with the ability to shape future-state operating models across business and technology.
Strategic business analysis translating complex business problems into solution options and making informed design recommendations. (Required)
Business integration and impact assessment including process people technology data and control impacts across complex change programmes.
Financial Crime operating model and regulatory framework knowledge with the ability to challenge solution design against policy control and regulatory requirements. (Required)
Technology-enabled transformation including data systems integration and business readiness within large-scale programmes. (Required)

Salary Range:
68662.00 - 102994.00 per annum (depending on experience)
This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills experience qualifications and location.
