Your new team

This position sits in our Chivas Brothers business. At Chivas Brothers our 1600-strong team across 27 sites is committed to upholding the heritage of Scotch and ensuring its sustainable future as well as opening it up to new audiences across the globe.

Royal Salute is not simply a Scotch whisky it is a world of nobility craftsmanship and modern cultural relevance. As the brand continues to evolve through bold limited editions and elevated luxury experiences we are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to cover a period of parental leave and deliver three critical projects that will shape its next chapter.

This role has a focused remit across three high-priority workstreams: the High End Collection restage (RS30 RS32 RS38) the 62 Gun Salute Limited Editions programme and the Coronation of William NPD. You will own these projects end-to-end ensuring momentum is maintained and commercial milestones are hit during the cover period.

Your unique contribution

Note this is a fixed term contract until late December 2026.

This role will have 4 main areas of responsibility.

1. Lead the High End Collection(HEC) Restage (RS30 RS32 RS38)

  • Own the new box design development for RS30/32/38 ensuring artwork delivery is on track for Q3 FY27 dispatch

  • Align HEC toolkit requirements (KVs hero video media materials) with key markets and oversee delivery
  • Coordinate existing stock depletion timelines with key markets throughout the restage process

2. Nurture the 62 Gun Salute Limited Editions Platform

  • Oversee the development of new limited editions for the 62 Gun Salute platform (NPD)
  • Support roll-out of permanent collection in key markets by conducting an audit on performance and propose action plan

3. Lead the Coronation of William NPD

  • Align product positioning and strategy for the William edition
  • Lead artwork and design sign-off ensuring product reaches golden sample and Gate 3 milestones
  • Maintain commercial stage-gate momentum and market alignment throughout the development process

4. Business Continuity & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Manage the marketing budget across the three project workstreams
  • Oversee P&L and stage-gate processes for the NPD pipeline
  • Maintain strong alignment with global markets GTR and cross-functional teams throughout the cover period
  • Support and develop the Brand Manager ensuring team continuity and momentum during the cover period

Who youll be working with

Internally youll work with Brand Managers Consumer Insights Commercial teams and cross-functional colleagues in NPD and packaging.

Externally your contacts will ill include creative agencies production partners and brand ambassadors involved in campaign delivery and brand education.
