Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Property Law to join their thriving team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional legal services across a broad property portfolio.

The Role Senior Associate Property Law

In this senior position you will manage a diverse and high-value caseload including:

  • Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord & tenant matters (leases renewals negotiations)
  • Property finance and secured lending transactions
  • Development projects and site assembly
  • High-value residential property transactions (where applicable)

You will also be expected to:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support and mentor junior lawyers and trainees
  • Contribute to business development and networking activity
  • Work collaboratively across departments on multi-disciplinary matters

What Were Looking For

To be successful in this role you should demonstrate:

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
  • 510 years PQE in Property Law within a UK law firm
  • Strong experience in commercial property transactions (essential)
  • Proven ability to manage complex matters independently
  • Excellent understanding of property law Land Registry processes and finance arrangements
  • Strong drafting negotiation and client management skills
  • A proactive approach to business development and client growth
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members (desirable)
