Job Summary

THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This will be an integral role in theWiseEnergyteam including:

  • tendering issuing notices obligations etc. related to individual solar farmcompanies (SPA Lease PPA O&M EPCetc) and understanding of lender requirements associated with contracts.
  • In coordination with the Finance teamsupport theprojects operational budgetsand required reforecasts.
  • Management of regulatorycompliance submissions
  • Monthly or asrequiredclient reporting
  • Ensure compliance with environmental social governance (ESG)and community relations obligationsand requirements.
  • Work closely with the technical team to understand and strategically resolve technical issues.
  • Management of insurance claims.
  • Managementof landlease agreementsand relationships with landlords
  • Support ongoing asset onboardings
  • Approvals of contractual invoices

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educated to degree level (economics social sciences law are good backgrounds for the role).
  • Minimum of3-5yearsexperienceinrenewableenergyspace (preferablysolar)

NextEnergy Group was founded in 2007 to become a leading market participant in the international solar sector.
