Senior Architectural Technologist (Sport & Leisure)
Job Summary
A leading Glasgow practice is looking to appoint a Senior Architectural Technologist to take a key technical role on a 100m stateoftheart sports and leisure development a landmark project that will set new standards in design sustainability and community impact.
This is a rare chance to join the delivery team at a pivotal stage working within a fully integrated Revit/BIM environment on one of Scotlands most exciting public sector schemes.
- Leading technical design packages through RIBA Stages 35.
- Coordinating complex multidisciplinary information within Revit.
- Developing robust detailing and resolving buildability challenges.
- Working closely with consultants contractors and client teams.
- Supporting site queries and ensuring design intent is maintained.
- Mentoring junior technologists and contributing to BIM standards.
- Strong Revit capability and confidence working in a BIMdriven workflow.
- Experience delivering largescale public leisure education or civic projects.
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical standards.
- Ability to lead packages independently and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- A passion for highquality technical design and coordinated delivery.
