This is the ideal move for a personable confident Architect who enjoys being frontfacing trusted and handson with clients. Youll become the key advisor to a major estateowning client shaping their longterm strategy while leading your own projects from early concept through to delivery.
Youll be stepping into a position with real influence not just delivering projects but guiding a clients estate management decisions and becoming their goto architectural partner. Expect autonomy trust and the freedom to run your work your way supported by a collaborative and ambitious studio.
- Leading your own projects with full responsibility from design through to delivery.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for a major client offering strategic advice on estate management and future planning.
- Building strong longterm relationships through regular engagement and handson guidance.
- Producing highquality design work and technical packages using Revit.
- Collaborating with a supportive team and contributing to the wider growth of the practice.
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues as part of a positive teamfocused culture.
- ARB registration.
- Ideally 3 years postqualification experience.
- A track record of designing and running your own projects.
- Experience working with estateowning clients or exposure to estate management is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills you enjoy the clientfacing side of architecture.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support junior team members.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
