• Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to primary school pupils with additional learning needs.
• Support pupils academic progress personal development independence and confidence.
• Work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to deliver engaging inclusive learning experiences.
• Build positive relationships with pupils including those who may display challenging behaviour.
• Help create a safe nurturing and supportive classroom environment where every child can thrive.

• Hold a First-Class or 2:1 degree from a leading UK university.
• Have a genuine interest in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and a desire to develop expertise across different areas of SEND.
• Be confident enthusiastic patient and committed to supporting childrens development.
• Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Be eager to gain practical experience within a primary school setting.
