SEND Learning Support Assistant What the School Offers

The Role
You will provide 1:1 small-group and classroom support for pupils with a range of additional needs across the primary phase. Alongside supporting learning you will help develop pupils communication emotional regulation confidence and independence through carefully planned interventions. You will work closely with teachers and the SEND team to monitor progress and adapt support to meet individual needs.

The Ideal Candidate
Holds a 2:1 degree or above from a leading UK university
Has previous child-centred experience through tutoring mentoring coaching or similar settings
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is patient proactive and passionate about supporting children with SEND
