• Providing one-to-one and small-group support

• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs

• Helping pupils engage positively with lessons and activities

• Adapting support to meet individual needs

• Encouraging independence confidence and positive behaviour

• Working closely with teachers SEN staff and pastoral colleagues

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable
