SEMH Learning Support Assistant Hounslow
Are you passionate about childrens wellbeing and want to spend the rest of the academic year working as an SEMH Learning Support Assistant If so we are looking for an enthusiastic SEMH Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.
As a SEMH Learning Support Assistant you will be supporting pupils with their learning and development improving their communication and social skills.

As a 1:1 SEMH Learning Support Assistant you will work closely with students who have Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) providing tailored support to help them achieve their full potential. Youll build strong trusting relationships with the students you support playing a key role in their academic social and emotional development throughout the school year.
This role is an ideal stepping stone for graduates or individuals passionate about supporting children with additional needs and gaining hands-on experience in a rewarding school environment.

Looking for a SEMH Learning Support Assistant who
- Obtained a First-Class Psychology Degree or a degree from a Top 20 University
- Has previous experience and a passion for working with children
- Aims to become an Educational Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist
- Has excellent communication skills patience and resilience
