What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Self-Employed Property Partner (Premium Brand):

• Secure property listings at realistic and market-appropriate prices
• Win instructions and convert opportunities into successful business
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
• Build and maintain a strong local presence and professional network
• Develop long-term relationships with vendors buyers and prospective clients
• Negotiate and progress property transactions through to completion

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Strong estate agency experience at Branch Manager Lister or Valuer level
• A proven track record of winning instructions and generating business
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the motivation to grow a personal business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
• Highly professional personable and well presented
• Familiarity with the Southampton and Hampshire area or strong local connections
• Full UK driving licence own vehicle and a self-motivated approach to success
