Security Supervisor

Responsibilities

Youll play a vital part in keeping people property and information safe. That includes:

• Lead and support the security team ensuring compliance and high performance.
• Manage staffing training attendance and site documentation.
• Monitor CCTV alarms and access control systems.
• Conduct regular team reviews coaching and performance management.
• Maintain site standards and ensure all customer requirements are met.
• Promote best practices safety and continuous improvement.

Essential

• Valid SIA licence.
• Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
• Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Demonstrates the core values of Integrity Vigilance and Helpfulness.

Desirable

• Health & Safety qualification.
• Customer Service training or certification.
• First Aid at Work qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
