As Security Supervisor you will support the Safety & Security leadership team in safeguarding our guests associates and assets ensuring a secure and discreet environment at all times. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily security operations leading emergency preparedness and fostering a culture of vigilance and professionalism. This role is ideal for a confident and alert professional with strong leadership capability and a commitment to delivering safety within a luxury hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property securing guest rooms and ensuring a safe environment across all facilities
• Monitor CCTV systems alarms and access control systems to maintain constant oversight of the property
• Authorise monitor and document access to restricted and secured areas
• Conduct regular safety inspections hazard assessments and key control audits
• Lead and support emergency response procedures including drills and realtime incidents
• Respond to accidents and incidents administering first aid/CPR or contacting emergency services as required
• Investigate incidents gather information and complete accurate reports in a timely manner
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all security reports and sensitive information
• Handle guest or employee disturbances professionally deescalating situations in line with company procedures
• Resolve safety hazards promptly to minimise risk to guests and associates
• Escort unauthorised individuals from the property when necessary
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations including alcohol control laws
• Act as a central point of contact for securityrelated queries interruptions and complaints
• Coordinate effective communication using proper emergency codes and reporting processes
• Support daily administrative tasks ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately

We are seeking a composed and vigilant professional who demonstrates integrity sound judgement and a proactive approach to safety and security. You will lead by example ensuring a secure yet welcoming environment aligned with luxury hospitality standards. You should have:

• Proven supervisory experience in a security role ideally within luxury hospitality or a similar environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train motivate and support a team
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities under pressure
• Knowledge of emergency procedures incident response and risk management
• Ability to remain calm and professional in highpressure or sensitive situations
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• A guestfocused mindset balancing security with service excellence
• Good physical fitness and the ability to respond quickly to incidents
