Security Supervisor

Responsibilities: 

Youll play a vital part in keeping people property and information safe. That includes: 

• Lead support and develop a team of Security Officers 
• Manage rotas ensuring full cover for absence and holidays 
• Monitor performance conduct 1-1s and maintain high standards 
• Oversee incident reporting and ensure compliance with procedures 
• Maintain site documentation training and assignment instructions 
• Act as first point of contact for operational issues and escalations 
• Ensure effective use of security systems (CCTV access control alarms)

What were looking for:

Were looking for someone who sees a different worldsomeone who values teamwork shows initiative and wants to grow. Ideally youll have:

• Valid SIA Licence 
• Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history or the ability to provide documentary evidence for any gaps 
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience 
• Strong communication and client relationship skills 
• Confident using systems (Outlook Word Excel) 
• Ability to manage performance priorities and change 
• Flexibility to workdays nights and weekends as expected of a Site Supervisor 

Desirable: 

• Health and Safety at Work certification 
• Customer Service Training 
• First Aid at Work certification
