This position will require occasional crawling crouching climbing of stairs kneeling running sitting standing stooping and walking for extended periods of time

Site Supervisor:

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong security operations experience excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and mentor 10 security officers through training coaching scheduling and performance oversight.

Lead daily security operations including access control management CCTV surveillance monitoring and facility patrol strategies to ensure site safety and regulatory compliance. Develop implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Security workforce Scheduling and Payroll knowledge required.

• MA Drivers License
• Security Industrial or Logistics background
