As an SDR youll drive new business growth across the US and UK by identifying engaging and building relationships with prospective clients.

Using a strategic multi-channel approach youll generate high quality opportunities uncover business challenges and create pipeline for our Account Executives.

What you will be doing

Things move fast at nudge and we are always learning. This means we need to stay agile meaning the responsibilities of a role are never set in stone.

Responsibilities

  • Own your pipeline across the US and UK through targeted multi-channel prospecting.

  • Open doors with senior HR benefits and business leaders turning cold outreach into high-value commercial conversations.

  • Partner closely with Account Executives to progress opportunities influence deal strategy and contribute to winning new business.

  • Work closely with Marketing to build and execute creative account-based outreach campaigns

  • Actively test messaging sequences and channels and bring whats working back to the wider team

  • Identify untapped opportunities challenge conventional approaches and continuously test new ways to generate demand.

  • Become a trusted voice in workplace financial wellbeing staying ahead of industry trends and market developments.

  • Play a key role in shaping nudges growth trajectory while accelerating your own career in a high-performing commercial team.

Skills and experience

Were a close-knit family so a willing friendly and collaborative personality is really important to us. Were exceptionally nimble and things move fast so we really value athletic minds and a lets give it a go attitude.

  • 1 years experience in an outbound sales environment. HR benefits or B2B SaaS background strongly preferred.

  • Ambitious competitive and motivated by exceeding targets. You thrive on challenges celebrate wins and are always looking for ways to raise the bar.

  • A naturally curious and commercially minded communicator who enjoys learning uncovering business challenges and developing expertise in your market.

  • Creative in your approach to prospecting constantly testing new ideas and finding innovative ways to engage prospects.

  • Resilient and determined viewing objections and setbacks as opportunities to learn adapt and improve.

  • Collaborative and team-oriented eager to share ideas learn from others and contribute to a high-performing culture.

  • Organised and detail-focused with pride in maintaining a high-quality pipeline and excellent CRM hygiene.

  • Interested in technology and excited by the opportunity to work in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

  • Flexible and adaptable comfortable managing your diary and working patterns to collaborate with colleagues and prospects across the USK and UKS.
