Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Windchill Developer to join our PLM team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PTC Windchill including customization configuration and integration with enterprise systems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance PLM capabilities.

Location & Security Requirements

• Candidates who have previously held Security Check (SC) Clearance or are eligible to obtain SC Clearance will be preferred.
• Candidate should be based within reasonable commuting distance of Stevenage United Kingdom or be willing to travel regularly to the Stevenage office/customer site as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Windchill PDMLink modules (Change Management Document Management BOM Management etc.)
• Develop and maintain Windchill workflows lifecycle templates and business rules
• Integrate Windchill with ERP and other enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windchill performance access and data integrity
• Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Windchill development and support and knowledge of Windchill modules and architecture
• Proficiency in Java JSP XML and Windchill APIs
• Experience with Windchill Business Rules Framework (BRF) and Info*Engine
• Good understanding of PLM concepts and product lifecycle processes
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Windchill 13.x
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
