Job Summary
A supportive secondary school in Northampton is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher to join its successful Science department on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about Science and enjoys inspiring students through engaging practical and challenging lessons.
The successful Science Teacher will teach across KS3 KS4 and KS5 helping students develop their scientific knowledge practical skills and confidence. You will work alongside an experienced department and contribute to a positive learning environment where students are encouraged to achieve their potential.
Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge across the Sciences
Experience teaching Science at secondary level
The ability to teach effectively across KS3 GCSE and A-Level
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A positive and engaging approach to teaching
High expectations of student progress and behaviour
A collaborative approach to working within a department

Encourage students to develop a strong interest in Science
