An outstanding secondary school in Nottingham is seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join its successful Science department on a full-time basis starting ASAP.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who can inspire students through engaging Science lessons and contribute to a positive culture of academic achievement.

The successful Science Teacher will deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 to KS5 helping students build strong scientific knowledge while developing their curiosity analytical skills and confidence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering engaging Science lessons across KS3 KS4 and KS5

• Preparing students for GCSE and A Level examinations

• Differentiating teaching to support students of varying abilities

• Monitoring progress and providing effective feedback

• Maintaining high standards of behaviour and classroom expectations

• Working collaboratively with colleagues within the Science department

The school is seeking a Science Teacher who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent teaching qualification

• Has experience teaching Science within a secondary school

• Can confidently teach across KS3 to KS5

• Has strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills

• Is committed to raising attainment and student engagement

• Can contribute positively to a collaborative department
