An excellent secondary school in Manchester is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher to join its dedicated Science department on a full-time basis starting ASAP.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Science Teacher who can inspire students through engaging lessons and help them develop strong scientific knowledge practical skills and confidence.

The successful candidate will teach Science across KS3 to KS5 delivering well-planned lessons that challenge students while supporting a wide range of abilities. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and student progress.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering high-quality Science lessons across KS3 KS4 and KS5

• Preparing students for GCSE and A Level examinations

• Differentiating teaching to meet individual learning needs

• Developing students scientific knowledge and practical understanding

• Monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback

• Contributing positively to the wider Science department

The school is looking for a Science Teacher who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent teaching qualification

• Has experience teaching Science within a secondary school

• Can confidently teach across KS3 to KS5

• Has strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills

• Is committed to raising attainment and student engagement

• Works effectively as part of a collaborative department
