  2. Empirical Leadership: Leading safe organized and impactful laboratory practicals that train students in rigorous measurement keen observation and data deconstruction.

  3. Conceptual Breakdown: Demystifying abstract complex frameworks across biology chemistry and physicsmaking quantitative laws and structural formulas accessible to all learners.

  4. Data-Driven Success: Utilizing the departments detailed assessment tracking systems to identify learning gaps early providing clear targeted feedback to maximize GCSE exam performance.

  5. Form Tutor Duties: Leading a dedicated form group acting as the primary point of academic pastoral and holistic support for a cohort of students.

The Successful Candidate We are looking for a dedicated educator who is passionate about cultivating logical clarity evidence-based thinking and a genuine curiosity about the natural and physical world. Requirements include:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong honours degree in a recognized scientific discipline (Biology Chemistry Physics or Applied Sciences).

  • Proven Track Record: Evidence of delivering high-quality learning outcomes at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 with a sophisticated understanding of examination board specifications.
