Data-Driven Intervention: Utilizing the departments detailed assessment tracking systems to identify learning gaps early providing clear targeted feedback ahead of terminal GCSE examinations.
Form Tutor Duties: Leading a dedicated form group acting as the primary point of academic pastoral and holistic support for a cohort of students.
The Successful Candidate We are looking for an ambitious subject specialist who is passionate about scientific inquiry and possesses the pedagogical skill to challenge and stretch inquisitive young minds. Your profile should include:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong honours degree in Biology Chemistry Physics or a closely related empirical science discipline.
